Very cool. This is a great rendition. I love the colors and the focus.
Using both the recovery and the fill light sliders produces a lot of midtone sharpening. You might want to watch out for unseemly "happenings" in the skin. Like Jodi pointed out, it gives out freckles. Unless of course, this is the look you're going for. I was trying to get that look in my own picture, it can be very cool looking.
