No title today the picture says it all.
I went to the doctor today with an ear ache, some neck pain,and an a ever so slight rash and came out with SHINGLES.
It comes from the same virus as chicken pox (which I had, twice) and, tends to affect people over the age of 60.
And you mainly get it when your immune system is down or your emotionally distressed.
So yeah, it's really painful. You get these blisters and a very sharp shooting pain from those, and it's apparently going to get worse.
Mine broke out on my neck and, it's now spreading to my face and shoulder.
I also want to thank my grandfather for a bunch of awesome tips.

Hey Brian, Make sure the doctor gives you the anti-viral drugs. They really help to shorten the duration. Hopefully, your case won't be long lasting since you're so young (the nerves supposedly heal faster when you're young). That's the hardest thing about shingles - the real pain is not where the blisters are, but deep in the nerves underneath. Love you Sweetie, keep me posted. Aunt Pam
